Thank you for purchasing from Beautycarewala We give a confirmation call when you place order, if the call is not picked, the order will be automatically cancelled in 24 hours. Please make sure you write the correct number and pickup the phone call to avoid cancellation.

The order assumes confirmed after the confirmation call and will be dispatched.

WHAT IS MY Delivery OPTIONS?
We have multiple courier partners for our delivery services. We deliver across Pakistan.

Free Delivery
We offer free Standard shipping on PKR 2500.

Standard Delivery Fees
We standard Delivery at the following rates:
• Shipping Method: Standard 5 - 7 Business Days
• Shipping Fee: 200 PKR
•There are some products which are heavy weight, so the delivery charges will vary when comes to those products


ARE THERE OTHER DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS?
Deliveries will be done by courier service, and they deliver asper their schedule. We cannot direct or request them to deliver as per individual’s time slot.
Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Please note that delivery time can be affected due to the current pandemic and Government lockdown.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
Beautycarewala aims to serve the consumers only. If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

ADVANCE PAYMENT
On orders above the value of Rs.50000 we will need an advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then. The order will only be dispatched after our team confirms the payment being received in the Bank.

We also welcome customers to place their orders who previously cancelled, rejected or refused at the time of delivery but with advance payment only.
